Information about my case
To request access to the documents in your case (parties' right of access to information), you must send us a written request by contacting UDI’s Information Service by email. On the following pages, you will be asked questions about what type of case you are enquiring about and what your enquiry concerns – here you must select your case type, for example citizenship, study permit, or family immigration. You must then choose to contact us by filling in the contact form. The contact form is unavailable between 10:30 and 14:30.
