As of 16 August 2025, holders of Georgian diplomatic, service, and official passports must apply for a visa before entering Norway.

The Facilitation Agreement between Norway and Georgia will be partially suspended from 16 August 2025. As a result, holders of diplomatic, service, and official passports will no longer be exempt from visa requirements – they must apply for a visa to enter Norway.
