The Web site remains functional, but this message will be displayed until the license error has been corrected.

To correct this error:

Ensure that you have a valid license file for the site configuration.
Store the license file in the application directory.

If your application for a visitor visa or local border traffic permit was not approved, you may appeal. If you do, the embassy or UDI will re-examine your case. To appeal, you must submit a complaint before the deadline set out in your decision letter.
