The study provides an overview of national labour migration policies in EU and analyses whether they are linked to identified labour shortages, and, if so, in what way.
Dissemination of Information on Voluntary Return: how to reach irregular migrants not in contact with the authorities

The synthesis report is based on national contributions from 25 countries including Norway. The study attempts to identify approaches, methods, actors, strategies that have either targeted and/or have proven effective in reaching out with information.
