Norway has an agreement with Azerbaijan and Ukraine that simplifies the procedure for visitor visa applications for citizens of these countries
This applies no matter which country the applicant is currently living in.
The most important advantages are:
- A reduced fee of EUR 35 instead of the standard fee of EUR 80. Applicants in certain categories may also be able to have their fee refunded.
- A maximum application-processing time of 10 days instead of 30 days.
- Makes it easier to obtain a multiple-entry visitor visa.
