If you work at a consulate, an embassy or for the police, you can contact the UDI by phone or email if you have a question about a case or about regulations.

The phone is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.. The phone is closed on Wednesdays. You can reach us during opening hours at (+47) 23 35 15 00.
