It is important that you have entered the correct mobile phone number and/or email address in the Common Contact Register. You can update your mobile phone number and email address at Norge.no (external website). Here you may also opt out of digitial communication.
If you have opted out of digital communication in the Common Contact Registert, we will send your decision letter by post to your street adress even if you have a digital mailbox. If you want to cancel your opt-out of digital communication, you may do this yourself at Norge.no (external website).
Despite having opted out, you will receive other updates about your case digitally from UDI. If you do not want to receive such updates, you can contact UDI here. Please note that this is only applicable if you have a case pending to be processed by UDI.
