If you have been expelled from Norway, but you nevertheless wish to return, you can apply to have the entry ban lifted.

Do you plan to visit or move to another Schengen country?

If the UDI has issued a prohibition order (entry ban) denying you entry to the whole Schengen area, and you now plan to visit or move to another Schengen country, you must contact the authorities in the country you wish to visit in order to apply to travel there. You do not need to contact the UDI.
