The duty of confidentiality means that it is a criminal offence for UDI staff to tell other people about the information you have provided and about your case.
Everyone who is working on your case, including your interpreter, lawyer and representative/guardian (if you are an unaccompanied minor asylum seeker), is subject to a duty of confidentiality.
